Cheese Making Classes
 

Margret Morris will be conducting a one day advanced cheese making class

 on Friday, December 2nd directed towards licensed cheese makers. The

 class will be making a  Manchego cheese. We will discuss Italian style

cheese, techniques of cutting, hooping and affinage. Class cost is $175 per 

person  including class materials and lunch. Maximum of 10 people allowed.

 Please send a non refundable deposit of $100 to hold your seat.

 

 Mt. Mansfield Creamery is offering a one day, work with the cheesemaker, class.
 
We also host periodic entry level cheese making classes.  Email us for class details and schedule. Participants will make cheese and be involved in the affinage process.
